U19 Asia Cup 2019: The Indian U-19 team has beaten Bangladesh in the final match on the basis of excellent bowling, they have won the Asia Cup title for the seventh time. Batting first, India were able to score a score of 106 runs but Akash and Atharva bowled brilliantly and bowled Bangladesh for just 101 runs and gave the team a win by 5 runs.
India has won the record for the Under-19 Asia Cup for the seventh time. In the final match, on the basis of excellent bowling, the Indian team bowled Bangladesh for 101 runs and won the match by 5 runs. It is a victory for a team while defending the smallest score in youth cricket so far.

Aakash and Atharva’s superb bowling
Akash Singh and Atharva Ankolekar played a key role in helping Team India win the Asia Cup title. Both bowlers defended the small score and made India the champion. Atharva took 5 wickets for 28 runs in 8 overs while Akash took 3 wickets for 12 runs in 5 overs.
Indian team limited to just 106
The Indian team, which started batting first, had a very bad start and the top three batsmen could not even touch the double figures. India had lost the wickets of Suved Parkar, Arjun Azad and Tilak Verma for just 8 runs. After this, captain Dhruv Jurel scored 33 off 57 balls while Karan Lal scored 37 off 43 balls to bring the team to a respectable score.
